Choochoos Whitstable

Deputy Team Leader

Choochoos Whitstable are recruiting for a Deputy Team Leader. To fulfill this role Choochoos are looking for a candidate that is enthusiastic, motivated, forward thinking with excellent team and communication skills. Previous experience working with children from Birth – 5 years is essential. Choochoos is a vibrant child care provision, it is vital that the candidate has the skills to consistently move the setting forward, to lead and support the team creating a calm stimulating environment for our children. The ability to support and role model in both care and education is essential. An NVQ Level 3 in childcare qualification or above is required.
