Nursery Manager

Full time. 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday (4 days a week)
30k per annum

An exciting opportunity now exists in Crabble, Nr Dover for a very pro active Nursery Manager.

The successful candidate will ideally be qualified with a degree / EYTS and have proven leadership skills and experience.

You will have experience working with children from birth to 5 years, be able to further develop the skills of our well established team, be reliable, approachable and possess a wealth of knowledge surrounding early years.
Evidence of motivating colleagues, responding to feedback and initiating ideas successfully, impacting on policies and procedures, be supportive and can role model to maintain a very high quality provision in both care and education is also essential.

The ability to reflect and self evaluate to improve practice and outcomes for children is also required.
